SplitLife started in a small apartment in St. Louis, MO back in 2022 between two friends who had a passion for fitness and mental health. The goal of creating SplitLife is and always has been to create a community of people who use fitness as an outlet for mental health struggles, to let people know that they are not alone in their journey. We are very aware that not every day is a good day, but the Comedy and Tragedy masks in our logo represent that no matter how hard things may seem at the moment, they can and will get better.
